Submitting a Presentation Proposal

Thank you for your interest in presenting at the 2019 Optimal Aging Conference. All presentation proposals will be peer-reviewed for acceptance into the conference program. The deadline for proposal submission is Monday, April 1, 2019 at midnight.

Before you begin the online presentation proposal, please review the following:

1) Proposal Instructions & FAQ. Before submitting your proposal, be sure to check out our Proposal Instructions & FAQ page.  

2) Saving Your Submission. You will not be able to save your application and come back to it later. Please be prepared to submit your application in full once you begin the proposal submission form.

3) CVs/Resumes for All Presenters. Due to CEU requirements, we will need the CV or Resume of all presenters. Please have these documents ready to submit, along with the information about your co-presenters, when you begin the proposal submission form.

4) Proposal Requirements At-A-Glance. Please be prepared to fill out the following information once you begin the proposal application. Click here for a detailed overview of the presentation proposal submission requirements.
    • Presenter CV, Resume, or Bio (for yourself and all co-presenters)
    • Presentation Title
    • Presentation Preference
    • Presentation Track
    • Three Presentation Objectives
    • 250 Word Proposal Description
    • 50 Word Summary

Please Note:  All presenters and co-presenters are required to pay the full conference registration fee in order to attend and present at the ConferenceSubmission of a presentation proposal does not qualify as Conference Registration.
