Tai Chi Practice Session

Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00 am - 7:30 am   REGISTER NOW

Get your morning started with some Tai Chi Chuan. Follow along as we practice the Yang Family 16 movement form, wellness exercises, and other short forms. In these sessions, there will be less time spent on spoken instruction and the finer details of the movements, so we can focus on just breathing, moving and relaxing. All ages and abilities are welcome to join this class.

 Equipment Needed: 

  • Comfortable clothes.
  • Approx. 6 feet of clear space
  • A chair or something to help with balance, or for rest optional
