Project ECHO: Opioid Risk Management

Project ECHO: Opioid Use Disorder and Alternate Pain Management Strategies in Older Adults Orientation 

This orientation will help our participants get the most from their Project ECHO experience. Please share our Project ECHO flyer (here) with interested providers.

Project ECHO: Opioid Use Disorder sessions will start on December 10 and resume in 2020 on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday,12:00-1:00 pm EST, through April 7.  Each session will include educational didactic (topics found in the schedule below),  a case presentation, and discussion. Project ECHO Opioid Use Disorder will empower our partners to improve the quality of life for patients, families, and health care providers by addressing the following needs: 

  1. Responsible and appropriate prescribing/de-prescribing;
  2. Assessment and treatment of opioid use disorder;
  3. Alternate pain management techniques for older adults 50+.
