we age. Additionally, yoga has the ability to reduce chronic pain and infla
mmation. In terms of its mental benefits, yoga has also been shown to impro
ve our cognitive abilities while reducing stress, anxiety, and even depress
ion.
To ensure everyone can achieve the health and well-being they des
erve, we offer our yoga classes on a donation
-based, pay-what-you-can model. You can donate per class or monthly
if you’re a regular. We depend on contributions to keep ou
r classes accessible for all.
