In this interactive class, we will introduce the basic concepts and postures of Yang Family Tai Chi. This course is ideal fo r individuals who are relatively new to the practice of Tai Chi. If you hav e never done Tai Chi before, we recommend starting with our Introductory Ta i Chi class first! In our weekly Tai Chi for Beginners class, we wil l focus on body alignment, breathing and relaxation as we learn basic Tai Chi forms and related exercises. All ages and abilities are wel come to join this course! Modifications can easily be made for individuals who have mobility restrictions.
