About the Flourishing Together Program:

  • Small teams of two to six family members, friends or colleagues form a Flourishing Together group. Together, they set incremental goals to improve their health and support each other in reaching those goals. 
  • Over a 10-week period, Flourishing Together groups meet in-person or virtually to learn how to make gradual and sustainable changes to prevent and manage disease in a fun, group environment. Healthy lifestyle changes are the goal for all involved.
  • Classes are FREE!
