National Healthcare Decisions Day 2019

This April, there is a series of community-wide events recognizing National Healthcare Decisions Day. “National Healthcare Decisions Day (NHDD) exists to inspire, educate and empower the public and providers about the importance of advance care planning. NHDD is an initiative to encourage patients to express their wishes regarding healthcare and for providers and facilities to respect those wishes, whatever they may be.” To learn more visit www.NHDD.org. The events this year include several plays, an interactive storytelling session at the Bard's Town, and a free CE on Advance Care Planning.
