Caregiver Strategies for Building Resilience & Happiness Tony Zipple, Sc.D, MBA Bounce Coalition
This workshop recognizes the stress and trauma that caregivers navigate on a daily basis. Drawing on current positive psychology research, the workshop will discuss the range of options available to build resiliency and explore ways that caregivers can practice and teach strategies for improving subjective well-being and happiness.

Social Work Ethics: Addressing Complexity Claude Drouet, LCSW
Social work professionals are increasingly dealing with clients and colleagues who hold very different views of ethical and moral issues. The purpose of this workshop is to examine potential conflicts so that social workers may better determine proactive responses to them. Participants will review the 201 KAR 23:080 regulation regarding social work ethics, and practice implications will be explored. This workshop is approved by the Kentucky Board of Social Work.

Building a Healthier Kentucky: CHWs' Innovative Solutions to Inequities Chelsea Miceli, MSSW, CCHW UofL Trager Institute
This session will delve into the critical issue of health inequities across Kentucky, explore the transformative efforts of community health workers (CHWS) in addressing these inequities, and discuss actionable solutions that can lead to a healthier future for all Kentuckians. We will also explore success stories, outcomes, and collaborative strategies that empower the community from CHW’s across the state.

Meet the Speakers
Tony Zipple, Sc.D., MBA is a psychologist and senior consultant with the Bounce Coalition. He consults, teaches, and coaches in areas related to personal happiness, trauma, resilience, and organizational health.
Tony received his doctorate from Boston University and his MBA from the University of New Hampshire. He holds multiple certifications in positive psychology, coaching, and positive neuroplasticity.
Claude Drouet, LCSW, has been a social worker for 40 years and is currently in the private practice of clinical social work with a focus on health professionals’ mental health concerns. He is also a part-time instructor at the University of Louisville Kent School of Social Work where he provides CEU presentations as part of the school’s outreach to MSW professionals.
Chelsea Miceli, MSSW, CCHW, is a program manager at the UofL Trager Institute, where she provides supervision and mentorship to master's students, community health worker students, and volunteers of the Virtual Friendly Visitors Program. She is also a certified community health worker, adult peer support specialist, and a member of the KY Voices for Health board of directors.
